Rules I must follow.

Based on previous experience with Pyweek, these are the rules I have set myself.

1. Stick to 2D.
3. Work out rule #2.

Rule #2. Work out how to finish.
If you've not already given it a try, I highly recommend cocos2d for 2D games. It handles a bunch of that annoying make-work around scene management and sprite animation. And it's got a kick-ass tile mapping engine :)

Speaking of which, I really need to release a useful version of the tile map editor...
