PyWeek - Time zones and such.

To discover:
00:00:00 Sunday March 26, 2006 in GMT converts to
17:00:00 Saturday March 25, 2006 in Canada/Mountain

I figure other people might find this useful. Plus, by posting it here I'm sure someone will tell me if I am somehow confused by the start time.
