PyWeek site enhancements

I'm going to be sprinting on this site at the PyCon AU sprints in a week's time.

The project is hosted on bitbucket. The site runs under Django 1.4.1 - though the settings will need tweaking to run on other hosts.

If you have ideas please contribute pull requests for me to consider at the sprints. I've opened a few issues containing things I might work on.
