Lots of potential!

haha! it is so good :)

The controls, look and sound of this game are spot on. I'm really into the patterns and textures
and the animations of the sprites. Music and sound effects were great...

Cool game, i like it.

A platformer after my own heart.

3 4 3

theme?

Not a bad basis for a platformer, although it's a little light on content.

The climbing mechanic is cute, although underused.

I also don't think it's winnable in the current form without a fair amount of luck and
presistance.

Nice 8-bit platform game art, but slightly too difficult, and doesn't reward the player for
doing difficult things.

I hate that jump. And this emotion is very 8 bit.

This is a enjoyable platformer with a retro feel. Music and GFX match nicely. Controls good and
flip screen gives a 8bit feel. Would like to see a finished version of this. Incompleteness is
main reason for lowish ratings. Good effort!

The two random guys were the point where I conceded defeat.

Great game!

A bit brutal for my taste, but nicely implemented.

I didn't get very far, but I enjoyed the first part of the game.

This was fun and extremely challenging. I wasn't able to make it past the two pig-monkeys in a
row on the 3rd or 4th screen. I wish there were more story elements or some kind of tutorial to
identify how this game ties in the theme. As I see it now, however, it is yet another game with an
8-bit style rather than an 8-bit theme. I like the climbing guy platformer gameplay but it
seemed pretty Super Meat Boy clone-y. Music was great, wish dying didn't start the tunes over
every time, was really jamming once that bass comes in on the theme with the twinkly intro.

Couldn't really tell if the game fit the theme, but the music was nicely done and the game played
through in a familiar and pleasant way.

2 4 3

nice music, nice graphic, well focused on the theme; the game is very hard, after the first
checkpoint the triple jump is too hard to me, after a while, frustrated, I gave up. sorry :(

3 3 3

With more content this could have been really good. I enjoyed climbing up the walls for a bit!

4 4 5

There is something about the jumping in this game that makes me jump right to my death over and
over again. Not good...but the game IS good. To be honest I'd give it 4.567534 in terms of
Innovation, but until we get floating point scores here I'll just upgrade it to 5. The first
'jumping-bloob' was quite a surprise, and you can climb walls, that's something. I liked the
player model and monsters, but not so much the environment.

4 3 2

Sufficient platformer. I got stuck with one of the jumping enemies and "Entity component does
not exist" was printed on the screen... so I don't know if something was broken. One of the best
entries so far and definitely 8-bit hard!

Nice game, but the controls, especially jumping feel very uncooperative making even the
simple jumps over water to one tile land very hard for me. That aside, I liked the tiles and the
music. Checkpoint system is cool too!
