Production gets above average because of the nice graphics (though sound would have helped).

But the player movement isn't very smooth, especially jumping. And there was no challenge, going through the game as a complete breeze (and it didn't seem to matter what difficulty you chose).

Gave up trying to find rabbyt library for windows python 2.7

Game feels nice, although control can be tricky when jumping. I also seemed to easily get into situations where the game thought I had a key held down. Now it really needs more levels. And motivation for doing anything but the fastest path (which only requires the fireball mutation)

Very pretty. Nice platformer concept, although it needs more levels. Fun while it lasted.

The graphics are nice, but the animations are a bit rough.
There are a few collision issues and the level design is quite simple.

Flickering black screen makes this unplayable

screenshot looks cool, but it won't run, sorry about that.

Beautiful art. The controls were somewhat unresponsive.

2 3 3

on windows machine I got heavy flickering of entire window!

3 3 3

Fun game, but it has rough edges.

Why use space for jump/fly and "d" for attack instead of up arrow for jump and space for attack? There's also at least one place where you can respawn on top of a baddie and die immediately, which is quite frustrating.

Oh, this looked fantastic in screenshots but does not deliver in motion. The drawings are nice but the animation has too few frames. The levels are boring and too few. There are only two forms and they are very boring as well. The platforming is glitchy (you can jump/climb up walls). No sounds or music.

Wonderful graphics. Really needed more game play and levels to make it shine. Great first Pyweek entry!

Just seems to be a generic platformer; I can't seem to find any powerups other than fire. The walking speed really needs to be faster, as well.

graphics look great but extreme flickering on windows.

nice graphics but i really missed the sound

in game_engine.py i had to remove self.window.filp() because the game was flickering on windows

Sorry. :( Windows 7, Python 2.6.2, pyglet 1.1.4, rabbyt 0.8.3. Game appeared to be running, but it was just a blank window.

Not knowing anything about the game, I could not rate it. Don't fret. DNW does not count against score average.

Love the art style! The basic idea of a variety of powerups is pretty good, I just wish you could have done more with it. Some mazes where you have to backtrack with a different powerup would have been nice, to break up the linearity of the gameplay.

It played really slow on my computer for a platformer. Maybe try to keep it from being sluggish on slower machines.

3 4 3

Would have loved sound!
The platforming was a little frustrating. I fell many times!
I only saw the fire and air power up. Where are the others?

3 4 4

The graphics were amazing. The game cool. I wish there was some music or sound to go with it.

3 3 3

Nice graphics. So many teaser-images + a help page with features which are not there :'(. I
think it could run a little bit faster, walk speed is a little annoying on the long run. Sound
would have been wonderful. Did not run on OSX and required fixing on Windows 7. Double
buffering seems to be done wrong which results on heavy flickering. My quickfix was to remove a
flip(), did not examine it more closely. Did not impact my rating btw.

I've installed the modules pyglet and rabbyt and then i run the game. The window appears black, then appears a lot of color tiles. No tracebak given. All seems ok.

Jump and run with two powers. They are not my most favorite games. Niche graphics though.
