Good Job! A little frustrating, though...

The blue goo is exciting. It could have lots more uses if you develop the game further.

Excellent concept. Hard and tricky game - had to think to get through this game (that's good) and it doesn't repeat "puzzles" much. Well executed, the jumping/bouncing feels nice and bouncy. Great graphics and nice music. Intro video was neat, although I think it could've taken the whole screen. Excellent work on this game, I just wish it was longer. You should really give some thought into making this a full game, with more levels, a tutorial, a better storyline and everything (maybe some new features would be nice too, like different types of jelly). I really think it has potential for a great "full game". :)

I was extremely impressed by this entry! Great job! However, the learning curve level was way too hard for me to really enjoy it. If there were more tutorial parts and less mid-air precision shots, I would have had a lot of fun with it.

hard to cope with first obstacles

Retro look. Platforming with jelly bouncing. What's not to like? Apart from the fact that I ran out of goo that is.

The playability needs polishing. Frustrating, but kept me trying for some time.

The novel jumping mechanism is very original and holds great promise, but I don't think the levels really realize this promise. The game is well produced and looks quite professional, but it also seems you could have used a little more time to populate the levels and playtest them more to ensure a smoother learning curve.

Unfortunately, this game crashes at random intervals giving me
"pyglet.media.drivers.alsa.ALSAException: File descriptor in bad state" (most of the time, when pressing space after dying - but also sometimes when trying to shoot).

Also, the start screen is black for me (I don't think it's supposed to be like that) and sometimes I don't see the main character after starting the game.

... which is really a pitty, because what I can see of this game seems to be really great: the artwork is superb, the sound effects are fitting and the gameplay mechanic seems to be rather innovative and fun.

couldn't make it past there, tough,

Nice intro. Game was a bit hard or maybe I just had a hard time figuring it out. I liked the looks of it though.

I was amazed by the production values of this game. Really cool art style.
The gameplay is nice... but i couldn't figure out how to cross beyond the first obstacle :(

Can Jumping on Jelly, It is a good idea.

Quite good. :)

Replacing the gifs with other image types would have helped your compatibility, but that is difficult to know before-hand. I liked the look and feel of your game, and when I have time i plan to come back and spend some more time playing it. My only concern is that it feels very bare at the moment, some items to collect would have helped .

Nice graphics & nice idea. Could have had a better execution. :|

All around a pretty good game.

3 3 3

good concept , but damn this game is hard :D

It took me ages to figure out how to actually jump, and then I fell in some lava and died :(

Also I fell through the ground at one point and couldn't get out :/

Needs an easier first level!

The jelly-blob-bouncing idea is interesting, but it's hard to control where the blobs will go, and accurate blob placement seems to be vital. Needs to be more forgiving, at least initially. Having to replay from the beginning over and over again is not fun.

Was a nice and cute idea, but I did not get past the third lava-pool ;(
