I've moved the rules, help and other materials to a new docs site at https://pyweek.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ which I'm calling The PyWeek Handbook.

If you would like to contribute, it's a standard Sphinx docs site in a repository on GitHub. If you want to propose a change to the rules, fix an error, or add some useful guidance for PyWeek entrants, please fork the repository on GitHub, and create a pull request.
